Hello beautiful people,

I'm Weston Cederblöm, a creative photographer local to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I'm a full-time father to my son, Landon, who keeps me young and motivated. My beautiful bride Carley and I recently got married ourselves down in the beautiful Baja, Mexico. In our free time we enjoy the lake, hike and traveling adventurously all while giving back. As a frequent traveler I love learning from people and cultures, near or far, while seeking out new experiences and hiking incredible landscapes everywhere I go.

Since I love to create and I love relationships, becoming a photographer came naturally. Having the photographic eye is in my family, as my grandpa loved photographing and my mother taught me arts at a young age. Given the privilege to capture your unique love story and your wedding day is a responsibility I am proud to take on. I get to meet the most genuine people along with their closest friends and family. Because of that, I truly feel like I have the best job in the world.

While I photograph families, local businesses and landscapes, weddings are my specialty. Getting my start in 2013 this is my 11th wedding season. I lost count somewhere around 280-ish weddings that I photographed. From shooting intimate elopements of a pair to 200+ guest weddings and being flown around to shoot destination weddings in places like Mexico, Canada and Hawaii, I’ve just about photographed it all.

Since recently getting married I have a whole new appreciation for it all. The intentional planning and so many little moments with the loved-ones that end up meaning the most to you two. This has doubled my creative spark for my photography career and I have been diving deeper with my couples ever since.

Photographic Style

Photographic style is a key element in knowing what you want in a photographer. It’s equally important to know what you don’t desire style-wise too. What I often notice is couples know what they want visually but might not have the words to describe it. While researching you’ll see adjectives like photojournalistic, light and airy, natural light, dark and dramatic, or trendy/non-traditonall. It’s great to dive in and find out exactly what a photographer offers.

When photographing weddings I believe your images should be timeless and natural, both in posing and retouching. I meticulously retouch my photos to represent true to life color. This means that colors will be vibrant and your skin tone will look natural. What you won’t find here are trendy desaturated greens, fake blues, extra warm/yellow images or awkward experimental posing. It may sound simple but these principles directly set me apart from the rest and is what has solidified my consistent reputation in the industry. When hiring me you’ll be able to enjoy your favorite printed memories displayed for years in your home. Genuine smiles, fun moments, your closest relationships, and REAL colors will never go out of style. I truly believe in my work and I can’t wait to capture it all for you!
